Patna: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi has sent a congratulatory message to Shail Devi - a Hindu woman belonging to an economically backward family - for saving the lives of 10 Muslims during the recent communal clashes in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district. New Delhi: Recovering from a respiratory tract infection, Congress President Sonia Gandhi was discharged today from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. “Her condition is stable at the time of discharge. She has been advised to rest and continue her medications,” said Dr D S Rana, Chairman of Board of Management at the Hospital. Sonia Gandhi, 68, was admitted to the hospital on Thursday evening with lower respiratory tract infection and some breathing difficulty.
